Bioshock Big Daddy - Work In Progress

Polycount - 48,039 (Base Mesh) 495,022 (Subdivided Mesh)
I started this model way back in 2007. It's a high res version of one of the Big Daddy's from the game "Bioshock". At the time I hadn't yet played the game, so I used some images from the Bioshock art book and a few screen grabs from the awesome E3 trailer Blur studios did as reference. Some of the pieces are just place holders and will be replaced with more detailed ones later on. I'm also planning on doing a lot of work on him in Zbrush.
Now that I've actually played through the game (Fucking epic, IMO) and with the sequel just released, I'm really amped to try to finish him off or rebuild a new version from scratch...
