Another roof top asset, another pretty simple model. The main reason I chose to make this model was again, for texturing practice. I wouldn't say it's a low poly model, but I did try to keep the geometry fairly light and pretty simple.
Because this thing basically a box, I really tried to get as much detail out of the textures as I possibly could. I was going for a somewhat aged look, but I didn't want it to be too shitty looking. So I tried to kept the dirt and grunge somewhat subdued and not too over powering.
