Another little prop model I built for modeling and texture practice. This is a high res case of WWII German Stielhandgranate Model 24 hand grenades. I think they're more commonly referred to as "Potato Mashers" but I really have no idea what I'm talking about when it comes to these.

I used some pictures of a miniature replica for reference, but you also see these things all the time in war movies and games. I just thought they might be a cool thing to model, I actually got the idea while watching "Saving Private Ryan" which is a really good movie...
